The American Council on Education (ACE) recommends college credit for certain PADI SCUBA Courses.  A college or university may apply the ACE recommendations in a variety of ways, such as applying the credit to your major (replacing a required course), or they may use the credit as a general elective to possibly waive prerequisite courses.

Credits for SCUBA Courses are typically handled as transfer credits, usually without an additional fee.  This may save you tuition fees while helping you meet your graduation requirements!

To secure credit for PADI Courses, you will need an official transcript as proof of course completion.  Colleges and universities will not accept certification cards or wall certificates as proof of course completion.  PADI will send your transcript directly to you or the college/university of your choice.  We have applications for college credit for those who are interested!  Below is an outline of the credits associated with each PADI Course.  For more information, please contact us or ask your instructor!
